Our company's hydrogel forming coating machine is mainly used for hydrogel patches, such as: antipyretic patches, cold compress patches, crystal mask patches, nose patches, eye patches and various drug ingredients of Babu paste coating and slicing production.
Taking the antipyretic patch as an example, its product composition is mainly composed of three parts: anti-adhesive layer, gel layer and backing layer.
The machine passes coating, compounding,forming, longitudinal slitting, transverse cutting, and finally outputs the finished product.

1. The machine adopts a new type of roller cutting, which can be mastered by ordinary employees.
2. The main mechanism of the machine is designed and manufactured with an integral wall panel mechanism, which is more stable in operation.
3. An anti-stretching deformation mechanism is installed between the pneumatic longitudinal cutting and the transverse cutting knife, and the cutting size is accurate.
4. The embossing roller is easy to replace: one machine can be equipped with embossing shafts of different specifications for gel composite products of various specifications and shapes.
